Yes. We can help coordinate private transportation to and from the airport, subject to availability and at an additional cost.
What payment methods are available?
We accept payments through Zelle, international bank transfer to our U.S. account, and bank transfer to our Colombian account.
What does the first payment include?
The first payment includes the rent amount, a security deposit, and a cleaning fee. The security deposit is refunded after the stay ends, as long as the property is returned in good condition and according to the established terms.
What is the booking process?
You can contact us with your travel dates, number of guests, and preferences. Our team will send you the available options, rates, and booking conditions so you can choose the property that best fits your stay. A digital contract is then sent, and once it is signed and the full payment for the first month has been completed, the apartment is blocked.
