Meet your property manager
Manuela joined Casacol in 2023 and studied International Business with a Specialization in Marketing at EAFIT University. She is bilingual (Spanish, English) and is passionate about commercial relations and sales. Manuela is focused on Factory Lofts and the Moderatto building in Laureles, where she is responsible for high occupancy levels and customer service for our tenants and Casacol investors.
