About the property manager:
Mariana joined Casacol in 2021 and studied International Business with a Specialization in Project Management at EAFIT University. Prior to Casacol, she worked in family businesses, investments and insurance companies. She is tri-lingual (Spanish, English, and Portuguese) and is passionate about the real estate industry. Mariana is focused on rentals in Moderatto and also the Factory Lofts building in Laureles where she is responsible for high levels of occupancy and customer service for our tenants and Casacol investors.
