Welcome to Edificio Ayamonte (Cra. 32d #7a-13). To ensure a smooth check-in and a safe stay, please keep these policies in mind:
At arrival, you must fill out the registration form at the front desk and present a physical passport or Colombian ID. Check-in is 24 hours, and security will give you the keys after 3 PM. Payment must be completed before entering the unit; please arrange this beforehand. Colombians are required by law to pay 19% IVA at check-in.
Check-out is 11 AM, and you may leave luggage with security if needed. Early or late arrivals may be arranged depending on availability; just let us know in advance.
Guest capacity must always be respected; 1-bedroom units allow 2 guests; 2-bedroom units allow 4 guests. Anyone entering the building must be registered and show a valid physical ID. If you plan to bring additional visitors, request the full visitor policy in advance.
Minors are not allowed on the property under any circumstances. In compliance with Law 679 of 2001, any suspicion of sexual exploitation or attempts to bring minors onto the premises will be reported immediately. Sex work or any related activity is strictly prohibited inside the building.
