From 2013 to 2025
From 2013 to 2025 we’ve grown to be the largest hotel operator in Medellin, the largest Airbnb host in Latin America and the largest property manager of serviced apartments in the city. The secret to our success? Just unwavering passion and focus on tourism, guest experience and real estate investment in Medellin. We don’t do anything else, anywhere else.
Every day our team works tirelessly to provide our clients with the best advice, service and value in the market whether they are our guests or investors. In fact countless investor clients today actually started out as guests of our property management team.
Casacol is also an active member of many industry associations such as:
1. The Lonja of Medellin (Real Estate Association).
2. Cotelco (Colombian Hotel Association).
3. Corporación Zona Rosa (Parque Lleras/Provenza) business owners association.
4. The Medellin Chamber of Commerce Clúster de Turismo.
5. The Medellin Visitors Bureau, as well as very active with local city politicians, the Ministry of Tourism, and members of Colombian congress to promote Medellin and Colombia as a world-class destination for tourism and foreign investment.

During a career in software and high-tech (IBM/Oracle) Brad starting building an investment portfolio in Medellin starting in 2008 while it was a city still feared by many foreigners to visit let alone invest. Brad left New York City in 2013 to focus on Casacol and has now assisted more than 300 foreign and local investors find outstanding opportunities in the Medellin real estate market.
