And, it’s also famous for the stunning mountains surrounding the town. As a result, it’s an incredible place to spend a night and see the stars from a tent or natural room.

Ecoland is a tourist center three kilometers from the center of Jerico. Perfect for camping and picnics, Ecoland also offers restaurant service and adventure activities such as paragliding.

Now, if you don’t like roughing it and would rather have more of a glamping experience, this is the place to go. At Ecoland, there are bathroom services, showers, and electricity. Plus, there’s actually on-site security!

Here you don’t have to worry about cooking, looking for firewood, or groping about in the dark for the bathroom. Just show up and enjoy a natural getaway in style.

In fact, Ecoland actually has fast WiFi and some workspaces where you can get some coworking done. I’d call that a win-win!

Glamping Jerico is one of the most well-known stays of its type in Jerico. The glamping place consists of a series of private wooden cabins with a front window from floor to ceiling—perfect for admiring the mountainous landscape from the comfort of your bed.

This glamping site promises a view of a mountain from every angle! There’s also an outdoor jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing during the day and disconnecting from stress.

This ranch, located eight minutes from Jerico’s central park, is an elegant way to be in touch with nature with all the creature comforts you love.

And, if you do forget something? Just hop in the car and head back to the town to grab whatever you need!

Hass Glamping offers a comfortable and luxurious stay that reminds me of an upgraded version of the summer camps I went to as a kid.

The biggest plus of the place’s undoubtedly the views from each room, which allow you to see other mountains, trees, sunrises, and sunsets.

You’ll find Hass Glamping about twenty minutes from town. But, don’t let that fool you. These rustic cabins have amenities that will make you feel like you’re in a hotel:

If you’re not that into camping, this stay provides the perfect setting for a night or a weekend surrounded by nature.

Ecoturismo La Nohelia

La Nohelia is a tourist organization in Jerico that offers accommodations, tours, and hikes around the town. With this organization, you can go on hikes to waterfalls or out to Las Nubes, a well-known viewpoint in Jerico.

At Ecoturismo La Nohelia, you don’t just go on tours, however. You also get to stay at a coffee farm where you can take a coffee tour. There, you’ll learn about all the processes of planting, roasting, and preparing coffee. They even sell the coffee so if you love it, you can take it home!

The accommodation consists of a two-story wooden lodge surrounded by tons of trees and mountains. They have shared rooms in a hostel-type setting. Or, you can camp in tents in the farm area for a slightly more adventurous experience.

Las Tapias is a traditional Jerico coffee farm that operates as a hotel.

Although sometimes we prefer to travel and rest with some more privacy, some stays shouldn’t be missed because they offer unique experiences of the place. This is one of those places.

This farm is colorful and full of vegetation, flowers, and nature. It has a restaurant that offers traditional food and a swimming pool for guests. Go for a swim after learning about the coffee making process and enjoy this unique way of exploring Jerico!
